ManageMyHealth ™ is a secure website which allows you access to your personal health information from any internet device at anytime, anywhere in the world.
The website receives your personal health information, uploaded from your medical centre’s practice management system.
It can also be used to store other health-related information, such as other treatments you have received, or other medications that you may be taking.
You can make notes and entries that you may make accessible to practice staff if you wish. For Stoke Medical Centre, it is also a way to have secure electronic communication with you.Within Stoke Medical Centre, not all doctors will offer the same e-services.
Over time, it is likely that additional services by more staff will become available.
We would like to use ManageMyHealth ™ as the main way of notifying you of your test results. When we file a result you will be sent an email saying your record has been updated. PLEASE DO NOT SWITCH OFF THE AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION BOX IN YOUR SETUP.
Your "Lab Results" section in the "Health Summary" option will have your results. If you click on the blue (i), more info button, your test results will be visible, as well as any comment by your doctor. Please read your doctors comments and take any action recommended. If there are serious abnormalities, we will endeavour to contact you through other channels, including phone and letter.
ManageMyHealth ™ will allow you to book a routine appointment with your doctor. When booking your appointment, please ensure that you select an appointment with your regular doctor.
Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made via ManageMyHealth ™.
Repeat prescriptions may take up to two working days to be produced and cost $17.00. If you require a prescription more urgently, you should contact the practice by phone to arrange an urgent prescription at a cost of $27.00.
