Test Results

We would like to use ManageMyHealth ™ as the main way of notifying you of your test results. When we file a result you will be sent an email saying your record has been updated. PLEASE DO NOT SWITCH OFF THE AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION BOX IN YOUR SETUP. Your "Lab Results" section in the "Health Summary" option will have your results. If you click on the blue (i), more info button, your test results will be visible, as well as any comment by your doctor. Please read your doctors comments and take any action recommended. If there are serious abnormalities, we will endeavour to contact you through other channels, including phone and letter.

Appointment Bookings

ManageMyHealth ™ will allow you to book a routine appointment with your doctor. When booking your appointment, please ensure that you select an appointment with your regular doctor.

Repeat Prescriptions

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made via ManageMyHealth ™. Repeat prescriptions may take up to two working days to be produced and cost $17.00. If you require a prescription more urgently, you should contact the practice by phone to arrange an urgent prescription at a cost of $27.00.
