Cultural Sensitivity and Your Rights

We aim to provide a medical service that is sensitive to the needs of different cultures. 

We hope to, with your input, gain a better understanding of these sensitivities.

If you feel that there are ways we could better relate to you and your culture then please let us know, it is largely through your input that we can better understand specific cultural needs.   In this instance, you can ask to talk (in private if you wish) to a member of our team.  We also have a suggestions box on the front counter at reception or contact us  by email, phone or by sending us a letter.
